"Very disappointed with my car’s second service. The washing was done carelessly — watermarks, dust, and stains were still visible even after I asked them to clean it multiple times. They also used low-quality products that can harm the paint. On top of that, the cleaning boys were riding cars roughly as if it was their own. Such behavior and poor service are unacceptable for a Tata service center. Please improve your cleaning quality and staff discipline."

"Got my Punch's major service before heading to Uttarakhand. On the way to UK, the car's AC stopped working and engine oil started leaking. Worst service experience I've had. My previous services were also unsatisfactory. The mechanics and service advisor were in a hurry to just get it done."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this service center. My car broke down due to a battery issue, and when I brought it here, they told me they would arrange a new battery from outside and asked me to pay that vendor directly-assuring that any future issue would be handled through the service center itself. However, it turned out to be a scam- they took a commission on the battery purchase. Within a month, the same battery started giving problems again. When I contacted the service center, they refused to help and told me to go back to the outside vendor, saying that the person who installed it is not available. Highly unprofessional and misleading behavior. Please be careful before trusting them with any service or replacement."

"Review for Sagar Motors, Noida Sec-5 This was my first and definitely the last visit to Sagar Motors, Noida Sector-5. Extremely disappointed with their service. They delayed the delivery of my car unnecessarily. They change parts even when not required, just to increase the bill. When asked to return the old replaced parts, they made excuses and never gave them back. They don’t even provide photos or proof of the parts they claim to have changed. The service advisor lies repeatedly and does not value the customer’s time at all. It is very clear that their only motive is to generate maximum bills so that advisors can earn commissions, not to genuinely serve customers."
